JESTER Costume for Halloween or Dress Up (by Charades)
2 pieces: top and pants
It's sold as an EVIL JESTER... but the accessories made it evil (mask, skull cane, etc.). This is just the top and pants and without the accessories, it does not need to be evil :)
size: childs XS ~ Charades size chart says 4-6X.... way too big for a kid wearing a size 4... but I'll let you decide!

I MEASURED ACTUAL COSTUME:
Elastic Waist: 10" across unstretched. . . easily and comfortably stretches to 11-1/2" across
Inseam: approximately 21-1/2" from center crotch to elastic ankle. Then there's the fringy points that hang down another 4-5" from the elastic.
Rise: from elastic waist to center crotch is approximately 10"
Armpit to Armpit: approximately 19-1/2" across
Armpit to Wrist: 12" to elastic band around wrist, then fringy points hang down another 5"
Neck opening is approximately 6-1/2" across
